The Speaker waived the Labor & Commerce Committee referral on the              
following at the request of Representative Hudson, Chair:                      
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 57                                                            
"An Act relating to employment contributions and to extending the             
pilot project for the state training and employment program; and               
providing for an effective date."
